Clinical Psychologist, Breathwork Facilitator in Training
Since obtaining her clinical doctorate over a decade ago, Yen has provided her courageous patients with evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD and a broad range of mental health conditions.
While helping her patients navigate the pandemic, Yen deepened her awareness into more somatic forms of healing to address the collective and individual traumas unfolding. Faced with her own personal and professional challenges, she then discovered the transformative power of Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery. This awakened Yen's desire to prevent mental ill health and inspired her vision for BodyMind Corporate.
Our Values
At BodyMind Corporate, our work is guided by four core values that shape how we support organisations in creating thriving workplaces. These values are not just words; they are the foundation of our mission and the heartbeat of our work. They are embedded in everything we do, from our training programs to our client partnerships. They shape the way we serve, connect, and grow—individually and collectively.
Clarity – At BodyMind Corporate, we believe that true growth and progress come from a clear vision. We seek to deeply understand and support organisations to get clear on their purpose and engage in values-based actions to drive meaningful impact.
Openness – Growth is only possible when we remain open – to each passing moment, to feedback, and the wisdom that emerges with every experience. We foster a culture of curiosity, practice deep listening and welcome the limitless potential of each possibility. This is where creativity and innovation flourishes, solutions emerge, and transformation happens.
Respect – Every individual and organisation carries a unique story, and we honour every path, mission and purpose with deep respect. We create spaces where all voices are heard, diversity is embraced, and people feel valued and supported—both personally and professionally.
Empowerment – We equip organisations and their teams with the tools and knowledge to regulate stress, cultivate self-awareness and unlock potential. By empowering individuals to make impactful decisions that drive change, we nurture workplaces where people don’t just survive, but truly thrive.
How BodyMind Corporate Makes a Tangible Difference
Many workplace programs focus on WHS and HR strategies separately, leaving teams working in isolation.
We take a different approach: bringing HR, WHS, and Leadership together to foster a culture of collaboration and meaningful long-term workplace solutions that deliver results. By integrating these functions, we help businesses streamline their wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they work cohesively rather than competing for attention.
Everything we do is grounded in evidence-based psychology and WHS methods that prioritise both individual well-being and organisational health.
Our programs review existing data, identify gaps, and provide ongoing, anonymous feedback to keep your business ahead of potential risks.
When employees feel supported, workplace incidents decrease, performance improves, and businesses thrive.
